What will your typical day look like?

Position Overview:
Deloitte Global's ServiceNow Centre of Excellence (CoE) is seeking a Technical Product Owner who combines deep ServiceNow development expertise with strong business analysis and product ownership capabilities.
This role is not a pure developer position. The ideal candidate will:

• Operate at theintersection of technology, product strategy, and business requirements
• Driveend-to-end ownership of HRSD capabilities
• Translate complex business needs intoscalable, high-quality technical solutions

You will act as abridge between business stakeholders, architecture, and engineering teams, ensuring solutions delivermeasurable business value while maintaining platform integrity and standards.

Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership & Business Analysis

• Own theend-to-end product backlogfor HRSD features and enhancements
• Work closely with business stakeholders to elicit and refine functional and technical requirements and translate requirements intowell-defined user stories and acceptance criteria
• Driveprioritization based on business value, impact, and technical feasibility
• Ensure alignment betweenbusiness expectations and technical delivery

Technical Solution Design & Oversight

• Design and oversee development ofServiceNow HRSD solutions, ensuring: Scalability, Reusability and alignment with platform best practices
• Provide hands-on guidance forBusiness rules, script includes, workflows, integrations andData model design and configuration
• Review and validate technical solutions to ensurequality and architectural alignment

Delivery Governance & Execution

• Partner with engineering teams to drive: Sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release readiness
• Proactively identify: Risks, Dependencies and integration challenges

Stakeholder Management & Value Realization

• Act as theprimary liaison between business, architecture, and engineering teams
• Communicate technical concepts in abusiness-understandable manner
• Ensure delivered features align toBusiness outcomes,adoption and usability goals
• Track and articulatevalue realization (e.g., efficiency, automation, experience improvements)

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities to leverageAI (Now Assist, VA) and automation and self-service capabilities
• Drive continuous improvements inProduct design,delivery efficiency,user experience

Required Skills:

• 4-6 years of ServiceNow experience, including strong HRSD exposure
• Proven expertise inServiceNow development (scripts, workflows, integrations) and system design and configuration
• Demonstrated experience as technical business analyst / lead developer with functional ownership
• ServiceNow certifications: Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Strong ability totranslate business requirements into technical design
• Experience managingbacklog and prioritization

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow certifications: Certified Implementation Specialist - HRSD or Certified Application Developer.
• Experience with ServiceNow Service Portal, Employee Center and platform widgets.
• Experience with AI/VA/Now Assist capabilities

Role not suitable for:

• Pure developers with no stakeholder exposure
• Pure BA's with no technical depth

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $69,000 - $114,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
