About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and versatile individual to join our marketing team as a Social Content Creator. You’ll be responsible for creating, filming, and editing short-form video content for both our organic social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels) and our paid advertising campaigns (Meta, TikTok). You’re comfortable both behind and in front of the camera, and you have your finger on the pulse of current trends and viral formats. This bilingual French-English role will let you create authentic, engaging content that reflects our brand in both languages.

Key Responsibilities.

• Create, film, and edit short-form video content for organic social media and paid advertising campaigns.
• Shoot varied content (B-roll, product footage, lifestyle content, behind-the-scenes) across different environments (office, kitchen, gyms, stores, events).
• Produce bilingual content in both French and English.
• Stay up to date with social media trends (formats, sounds, editing styles, creators) and pitch relevant, brand-appropriate adaptations.
• Craft strong hooks that capture attention within the first few seconds.
• Edit videos optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and paid media platforms, with pacing, captions, and sound built for retention.
• Use insights from past content performance to improve future assets.
• Create content variations and iterations based on feedback from the paid media team.
• Help build and maintain a library of reusable content assets.
• Translate creative briefs into engaging videos aligned with brand and campaign goals.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop new content ideas.
• Manage multiple projects independently while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Active on social media with strong awareness of emerging trends.
• Proven experience creating high-performing short-form video content, for a brand and/or your own audience.
• Strong video editing skills with solid knowledge of current styles and trends.
• Strong understanding of social platforms and what drives content performance, both organic and paid.
• Comfortable being behind and in front of the camera, with zero hesitation filming in public.
• Able to work independently and take ownership of projects.
• Comfortable shooting with an iPhone rig and basic lighting; camera experience an asset
• Fluent in both French and English.
• Interest in food, pop culture, or wellness content is a strong plus.
