Market Operations Lead - Hospitality & Events

HUNGRY in Ottawa is seeking an Operations Manager to own day-to-day catering, delivery, and events. You will coordinate a local network of Captains, manage hub readiness, and partner with Sales and Food Partner Management to ensure flawless execution.

The role leads direct employees, hires and trains staff, builds logistics plans, and maintains records for payroll, budgeting, and audits. Travel within market and early/late hours may be required.
