Master Data Analyst

We are seeking a SAP Data Analyst to support a large‑scale SAP implementation , with a primary focus on data migration activities. This role is responsible for analyzing and preparing data for migration, building and maintaining migratio n objects, executing mock cycles, and supporting data quality, validation, and defect management activities to ensure data readiness for go‑live.
Required Qualifications
- 3–7 years of experience in data analysis or data migration roles, preferably within SAP or ERP transformation programs.
- Experience supporting SAP data migration projects (ECC to S/4HANA preferred)
- Hands-on experience with SAP BODS or equivalent ETL tools
- Experience building reports / dashboards in MS Power BI
- Strong understanding of: Data migration concepts (mapping, cleansing, validation, reconciliation), and Mock cycles and cutover readiness
- Advanced Excel skills; e xperience producing data quality and exception reports
- SAP Data Migration – strong understanding of migration concepts (profiling, mapping, cleansing, validation, reconciliation)
- Mock Cycle Execution – supporting full mock cycles including re‑runs and stabilization activities
- Source‑to‑Target Mapping – maintaining mappings, transformation logic, and validation rules
- Data Quality & Reconciliation – producing and analyzing data quality and reconciliation reports
- SAP Data Structures – familiarity with SAP ECC and S/4HANA data tables and master data objects
