Corporate Accountant
Working closely with our finance and operations teams, Northview Corporate Accountants play a key role preparing financial statements, process improvement, tax planning and compliance in our Calgary office. Corporate staff enjoy a causal working environment in our bright modern offices, with free on-site parking. Flexible work options are available.

Capital Suites (a division of Northview) Room Attendants
Room Attendants help to create a positive experience for our hotel guests in Yellowknife, Iqaluit, and Inuvik by ensuring rooms and suites are clean and welcoming. Room attendants have a strong attention to detail and are passionate about great customer service. All full-time permanent employees are entitled to vacation travel assistance.

Maintenance Technician
Maintenance Technicians play a crucial role in maintaining Northview properties. Through responding to residents’ requests, performing basic repairs, and assisting with minor renovations, our technicians ensure that our properties meet the high expectations of our tenants. They are a friendly face in our buildings, ready to lend a hand. Maintenance Technicians enjoy competitive pay, benefits and even discounts on rent at Northview properties.

On-Site Property Administrator
Property Administrators are our on-site experts in tenant relations and organizational effectiveness. Assisting with day-to-day operations of buildings and providing superior customer service, Property Administrators work closely with our Leasing Coordinators and building staff. This position encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, from administrative to customer communications, and the compensation package reflects the varied skills these employees bring to the role.
