Assistant Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Responsibility:

Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Assistant Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee our housekeeping operations. The ideal candidate will have a background in hotel or hospitality supervision and possess strong leadership skills to ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities.

Duties:- Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and standards to maintain a clean and organized environment- Manage and train housekeeping staff, including scheduling, performance evaluations.- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and efficient operations.- Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness meets company standards- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed- Handle guest complaints or special requests promptly and professionally

Skills:- Proven experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting- Knowledge of custodial practices, industrial cleaning techniques, and sanitation standards- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
