Partnerships & Engagement Coordinator

Join our team as a Partnerships & Engagement Coordinator . In this role, you'll coordinate the successful implementation, activation, and ongoing engagement of FYihealth Group's insurance, affinity, and strategic partnership programs. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and external partners, you'll drive the successful execution of partnership initiatives, delivering exceptional experiences through seamlessly onboarding, marketing campaigns, conferences, wellness events, and ongoing engagement, that help enhance lives and improve access to eye care.

This role is based in Toronto, Ontario.

What You'll Do

Partnership Activation & Coordination

• Coordinate onboarding, implementation, and activation of new insurance, affinity, and strategic partnerships
• Develop and manage onboarding checklists, launch plans, implementation timelines, and activation schedules
• Coordinate partnership launches across cross-functional teams
• Manage partnership logistics and serve as the primary day-to-day liaison between external partners and internal stakeholders
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and implementation timelines to ensure successful execution
• Coordinate pre-launch, launch, and post-launch activities for new partnerships

Marketing & Partner Engagement

• Coordinate marketing initiatives to support insurance and affinity partnerships
• Coordinate with the marketing team to deliver plan sponsor communication kits (employee emails, posters, intranet content, promotional campaigns, and event materials)
• Support the delivery of monthly insurance marketing updates and campaign recaps for internal teams and external partners
• Identify opportunities with the marketing team to expand awareness, engagement, and utilization of partnership programs

Wellness Programs, Conference & Events

• Coordinate conference and event logistics, including representation, registrations, sponsorships, exhibit booths, promotional materials, giveaways, shipping and distribution of booth materials, attendee engagement activities, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop, maintain, and manage event collateral (communication materials, promotional giveaways, swag, contest guidelines, and attendee information packages)
• Represent FYi at conferences and events
• Support the development of educational seminars, webinars, and member engagement initiatives
• Develop creative ideas to maximize attendance, participation, and partner value
• Source, research, evaluate and recommend new conference, sponsorship, and event opportunities
• Compile post event review, measure participation and recommend enhancements for future events and campaigns

Affinity Program Coordination

• Support the evaluation, onboarding, implementation, and ongoing management of affinity partnerships ( Perkopolis, Venngo, Student Price Card, Linkperks) and other member benefit platforms
• Coordinate internal setup and communication rollouts across cross-functional teams
• Monitor partner performance and utilization trends
• Coordinate periodic engagement campaigns designed to increase awareness and member participation
• Identify opportunities to grow and enhance existing affinity partnerships

Project Management & Operational Support

• Maintain partnership trackers, implementation plans, engagement calendars, and Monday.com boards
• Coordinate internal project meetings and follow-up activities
• Develop, document, and continuously improve partnership processes and operational workflows
• Maintain accurate project documentation, marketing assets, and partnership records
• Coordinate reporting and performance tracking for partnership initiatives
• Provide day-to-day operational support to ensure partnership commitments are delivered efficiently and consistently
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and organizational goals

What You Bring

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management, Project Management, or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience in project coordination, partnership support, marketing, events, account coordination, or a similar role
• Experience coordinating multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
• Experience creating marketing materials, presentations, and communications
• Exceptional organizational, planning, and project coordination skills
• Outstanding attention to detail with strong follow-through
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
• Creative thinker with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Monday.com (or similar project management platforms), and marketing tools
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• A collaborative, adaptable, and proactive team player with a growth mindset, able to manage changing priorities effectively
• Ability and willingness to travel as needed to attend conferences, industry events, and other business-related activities
• Bilingualism English/French is considered an asset

FYihealth group aims to create a comprehensive rewards package to attract and retain top talent. The expected starting compensation for this position is between $55,300 to $65,000 annually, considering factors like experience, skills, and qualifications.
