Transformational Regional Director - Cadre Holdings

Lead transformative operational initiatives as a Regional Director at Cadre Holdings. Drive measurable improvements across multiple business units in the Ottawa area through strategic leadership and innovation. This role reports to the Global Director and focuses on evolving the Cadre Operating Model. With over a decade of leadership experience, you will work closely with site and executive leadership to achieve high-impact results while building organizational capability in Lean and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee deployment of the Cadre Operating Model across sites
- Translate high-level strategies into actionable operational plans
- Lead initiatives enhancing Inventory, Cost, and Employee Engagement
- Mentor and support Plant Managers in operational practices
- Facilitate workshops and events to accelerate learning
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related fields
- 10+ years of experience in Operational Excellence or Manufacturing
- Proven ability in leading large-scale transformations
- Expertise in Lean, Kaizen, and Daily Management techniques
- Frequent travel across sites expected
