Caseworker, Patient Support & Services

Responsibilities

• Assist with reimbursement processes for timely and accurate coverage request handling
• Coordinate benefits documentation, case updates, and communications to advance case progression
• Resolve reimbursement issues and documentation gaps to reduce delays
• Maintain accurate case records and system updates for operational visibility
• Monitor reimbursement trends and work with stakeholders on issue resolution

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 2+ years reimbursement support, patient services, or healthcare case coordination experience
• Certification in reimbursement, patient access, or customer support preferred
• Ability to manage reimbursement documentation and system updates
• Strong stakeholder communication and issue resolution skills
