Expected Start Date: June 12, 2026 Union: OOS Facility: Saskatchewan Health Authority City/Town: Weyburn Department: Patient Safety & Experience - Rural Type: Full-time temporary Expected Up to Date: June 02, 2028 FTE: 1 Shift Information: Days Number of Hours per Rotation: 5 shifts of 7.5 hours per 1 weeks Relief: No Float: No Salary or Pay Band: As per Terms and Conditions of Employment Travel Required: Yes Job : The Administrative Assistant provides support to Patient Safety & Experience Rural with a focus on data entry and other administrative duties. The incumbent is required to manage Quality & Safety correspondence through data entry and report generation. The incumbent works closely with Managers, Specialists and Associates with the ability to fluidly change focus between tasks and areas. Timely and consistent entry of information is required. The confidential management of all information is essential, as is strict adherence to privacy legislation. Human Resources Exemption: No Education:- Grade 12
- Certificate/Diploma in Office Administration
Knowledge & Abilities:
- Advance computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Access).
- Typing speed of 55 wpm
- Demonstrate ability to use computers and associated equipment
Competencies:

- Advanced verbal communication skills
- Organizational skills
