Senior Associate, Corporate Restructuring

Elevate your career with BDO as a Senior Associate in Corporate Restructuring. This role provides unique opportunities to support businesses through financial challenges with a people-first approach. As a Senior Associate, you will play a critical role in BDO’s Corporate Restructuring group. Your responsibilities will include analyzing financial data and supporting turnaround strategies, while directly assisting distressed companies. You’ll work hands-on in a dynamic environment, engaging with management teams and creditors to craft recovery plans and address complex financial issues. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial data and accounting records
- Assess business plans and financial forecasts
- Prepare cash flow projection models
- Support formal restructuring processes
- Prepare reports for various stakeholders
- 2-3 years of experience in accounting services
- CPA designation or in progress
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Excellent communication skills
