You will own the strategy, roadmap, governance, and platform health, guiding Dynatrace, ServiceNow and related tools while aligning with enterprise observability goals.You will collaborate with architecture, ITSM/ITOM and business stakeholders to translate requirements into capabilities, manage vendor relationships, and drive value realization in a hybrid work setting
