Supervisor of Autonomous Operations at Côté Gold
IAMGOLD
Lead the Autonomous Command team at Côté Gold Mine in Gogama, ON as Supervisor of Autonomous Operations. You'll ensure safe production while driving team performance and operational excellence on a 7 on 7 off schedule. This role is vital for fostering a productive and efficient work environment. As the Supervisor, you will coach and support team members, optimize autonomous operations, and ensure compliance with safety protocols and production benchmarks. Collaboration with business partners is crucial to meet production goals effectively. Key Responsibilities:
• Execute production targets in alignment with mine designs
• Monitor operational compliance and investigate shortfalls
• Maximize productivity through data-driven management
• Optimize operations while ensuring safety procedures
• Mentor control room personnel for continuous learning Requirements:
• Grade 12 or equivalent education
• 1+ years of leadership experience
• 5+ years in open pit mining with autonomous operations
• Knowledge of autonomous mining operations
