Remote Credit Management Agent

Remote Credit Agent work at RONA combines account management with negotiation and analysis. Reside within 250 km of Boucherville, Quebec.

As part of RONA’s credit management team, you will manage assigned customer accounts and support financial performance. The position requires credit policy knowledge, sound judgment, bilingual French and English communication, and Microsoft Excel skills. English is the main workplace language for assigned western-province customers. You will work independently while collaborating with Sales representatives, Store Managers, Credit Administrators, and supervisors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow company credit policies and procedures consistently
• Approve credit applications within established company guidelines
• Re-evaluate account credit limits when needed
• Place delinquent accounts on credit hold when necessary
• Collect receivables and negotiate payment arrangements

Requirements:

• College diploma in administration or related field
• Three years of similar experience
• French and English written and oral communication
• Strong judgment, analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel
