Clinical Specialist (Fixed Term)

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Clinical Specialist to provide technical sales support and customer relationship management for clinical laboratory solutions. The role combines product demonstrations, application expertise, and strategic account development to help customers advance their research and laboratory medicine capabilities.

Responsibilities

Deliver technical product demonstrations and value propositions to clinical customers
Support clinical account activity, strategic sales initiatives, and business development efforts
Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key customers
Provide comprehensive application support and troubleshooting for laboratory solutions
Conduct business reviews and assist with contract implementation

Requirements

Registered Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT) and Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science or Bachelor of Science with relevant major
Minimum 2 years of sales or laboratory experience
Deep technical expertise in scientific applications and laboratory workflows
Strong presentation and consultation skills for technical product demonstrations
Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and technical software
Ability to travel 30–50% of time to customer sites and events
Excellent verbal and written communication in English

Compensation: $67,000–$90,000 annualized base
