Key responsibilities:
- Play across multiple internally segmented accounts to experience full player journeys
- Act as a player advocate within Live Ops and Product discussions
- Provide clear, player-focused feedback to segment heads
- Conduct rigorous competitor analysis across iGaming and adjacent products
- Map out and perform high-level qualitative analysis of Live Ops features, promotions, and journeys
- Identify friction points, opportunities, and moments of delight across the platform
Requirements:
- A genuine player of games and iGaming
- Strong empathy for players and a critical eye for experience quality
- Experience in iGaming, mobile games, digital products, or adjacent industries
- Familiarity with player segmentation and lifecycle concepts
- Ability to structure qualitative feedback into clear, actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort working cross-functionally with Product, Live Ops, and Analytics

The salary range for this role is CAD 75,000 to CAD 90,000 per year.
This is a new position within our team.
