Paros Yorkville - Bartender

We are seeking a skilled and personable Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting drinks, engaging with guests, and creating a welcoming and enjoyable bar experience. You should have strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner Take drink and food orders from guests and servers Check guests’ identification and confirm legal drinking age Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked bar area Handle cash and credit transactions accurately using the POS system Monitor guest behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage Assist with opening and closing duties as required Qualifications: Previous bartending experience preferred, especially in a high-volume setting Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktail preparation Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure Familiarity with local alcohol laws and responsible serving practices Must be of legal age to serve alcohol Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
