Location: Ottawa, ON (Hybrid, 2 days on-site) or Toronto, ON (Hybrid, 3 days on-site).

About the Opportunity

Altis Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Order Analyst to join a leading Canadian financial services organization. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys investigative research, solving problems and working with sensitive financial information.

You’ll support law enforcement and government agencies by researching transaction records and responding to formal information requests. Working alongside a collaborative team, you’ll play an important role in ensuring investigations receive accurate, timely information.

Your Responsibilities

• You’ll review production orders, subpoenas and formal requests from law enforcement agencies.

• You’ll investigate transaction records, search internal databases and gather relevant financial information.

• You’ll prepare accurate documentation and organize confidential information for secure disclosure.

• You’ll independently manage multiple cases, monitor deadlines and prioritize urgent requests.

• You’ll communicate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to clarify requests and resolve issues.

• You’ll maintain detailed case records while following established privacy and compliance procedures.

Skills and Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in financial operations, fraud investigations, legal documentation, compliance or case management preferred.

• Strong investigative thinking and exceptional attention to detail.

• Proven ability to manage high-volume workloads and competing deadlines independently.

• Intermediate Excel skills and confidence reviewing financial data.

• Excellent written and verbal communication, preferably in both English and French.

• Proactive, resourceful approach with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
