Service Retail Team Lead

Job Responsibility:

Overview We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Professional to join our Service Drive Through team. The successful candidate will have a positive and cooperative demeanor while exhibiting strong leadership qualities and a drive for success. This individual must have a proven track record of success in the automotive service industry and strong problem solving capabilities.

Duties

• Lead and mentor our team of Service Advisors to ensure maximum performance.
• Develop and implement processes the ensure an Extraordinary Customer Experience for our guests.
• Assist the Fixed Operations Manager with efficiently dispatching work into the shop.
• Resolve escalated customer situations in a manner beneficial to all parties.
• Monitor and administer training as needed to accomplish the goals of the company.
• DRIVE the team to achieve high performance results!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
