Staffmax is currently hiring General Laborers to support an upcoming store opening. This role is ideal for reliable, hardworking individuals who can assist with setup, organization, and general on-site support.
Position: General Laborer
Location: Scarborough Town Centre
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with store opening preparations and setup
- Move, organize, and arrange merchandise, fixtures, and materials
- Support the team with general labor tasks as assigned
- Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized
- Follow instructions from the on-site supervisor
Shift Availability:
Tuesday, August 11
- 2 positions: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 2 positions: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Wednesday, August 12
- 1 position: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- 1 position: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Thursday, August 13
- 2 positions: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 2 positions: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Monday, August 17
- 1 position: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- 1 position: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Requirements:
- Ability to perform physical tasks and stand for extended periods
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous general labor, warehouse, retail setup, or event support experience is an asset
