Shape the future of AI agents as a Senior Product Engineer at Solink in Ottawa or Toronto. Focus on building production systems and improving agent orchestration with cutting-edge technology in a hybrid work setting. As a crucial member of the Agents team, you will design and implement systems enabling AI agents to perform effectively within our cloud VMS platform. Your expertise in TypeScript and Node.js will drive the evolution of agent services and integration of large language models. Collaborate closely with a dynamic team and have a direct impact on deploying production-grade systems. Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and evolve agent orchestration services in TypeScript/Node
- Design and ship production-grade APIs and workflows
- Integrate LLM/VLM systems with internal tools and data sources
- Enforce safety and failure handling in execution paths
- Optimize latency, reliability, and scalability in AWS/EKS
- Strong TypeScript/Node.js experience in production systems
- Experience deploying distributed services in AWS (EKS preferred)
- Knowledge of integrating LLMs/VLMs in workflows
- Understanding of distributed systems reliability and scaling
- Experience with OpenTelemetry for observability
