The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst to join a large Digital Delivery organization and play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of modern digital solutions. In this role, you will collaborate closely with developers, analysts, architects, and delivery leaders to define quality strategies, automate testing processes, and champion quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze business requirements and contribute to test strategy development early in the delivery lifecycle.
• Design, execute, and optimize both manual and automated testing strategies.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test suites.
• Monitor defects, production issues, and customer-reported concerns while supporting timely resolution.
• Create, manage, and maintain test data required for validation activities.
• Perform API, UI, backend, mobile, security, and performance testing.
• Partner closely with development teams to promote a Shift-Left testing approach.
• Advocate for quality best practices across delivery teams and projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve QA processes and the overall SDLC.
• Participate in solution design discussions and provide quality-focused recommendations.
• Maintain test assets and automation frameworks using Git-based version control.
• Share knowledge and contribute to the continuous evolution of QA practices and standards.

What You Bring to the Table

• 5+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst or similar quality-focused role.
• Demonstrated experience designing and executing both manual and automated test strategies.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Confidence in challenging assumptions and influencing delivery teams toward quality-driven outcomes.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
