Hands-On Technical Lead at Citi

Citi is looking for a Hands-On Technical Lead for our Services AI Platform. This vital role combines coding with strategic guidance to drive AI development and ensure high-quality solutions.
As a Technical Lead, you'll lead the engineering team in developing advanced AI solutions while writing production-grade code. Your expertise will shape the technical framework of our AI platform, ensuring adherence to best practices in scalability and operations. This role requires a strong focus on multi-tenant architectures, and you will collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to implement automations in enterprise workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead development of AI platform components
• Code multi-tenant intelligent agents effectively
• Enforce strict architectural guidelines and clean integration
• Write advanced data retrieval and ingestion code
• Collaborate with SMEs on complex workflows
Requirements:
• 5+ years of relevant experience in AI/ML
• Leadership experience with technical teams
• Deep knowledge of AWS services
• Strong portfolio showcasing AI solutions
• Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field
