- Mentor and oversee a design team of 8–9 members
- Manage the scheduling and assignment of projects
- Ensure detailed shop drawings are produced in AutoCAD
- Collaborate with clients on design solutions
- Drive initiatives for process improvement and cross-training
- 15+ years in commercial construction or related field
- Leadership experience managing design teams
- Advanced AutoCAD and SolidWorks skills
- Knowledge of custom ceiling design principles
- Strong organizational and communication skills
