Business Analyst with AI Focus

- Conduct interviews and workshops for requirement gathering
- Facilitate diagnostic and scoping workshops with clients
- Help track platform value and governance cadence
- Map out existing processes and design future state
- Write user stories and acceptance criteria for AI use cases
- 2-5 years experience in business analysis or process consulting
- Proficiency in user story creation and business rules
- Familiarity with applied AI in business settings
- ServiceNow knowledge across functional modules
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
