Fire Monitoring of Canada Inc. is a full-service ULC-listed monitoring company, specializing in the monitoring of premises required to have their fire alarm and sprinkler system monitored under their applicable Codes and Standards. Monitoring and servicing customers throughout Ontario, FMC also provides custom-designed and installed security solutions to include, but not limited to, CCTV, Access Control, Nurse Call, Intercom, and Integrated Systems.

We are currently seeking a team oriented, professional, and driven person to join our monitoring station dispatching team. Our company specializes in the servicing and monitoring of commercial, industrial, and high risk residential communities.
The position will entail the processing of incoming alarm signals, as well as various administrative duties. Qualifications include:
- the ability to work all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays;
- experienced in using Microsoft Office, Outlook and Windows software;
- sound keyboarding skills; proficient use of the English language (French is an asset); both written and verbal;
- experience in dealing with the public by telephone;
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record;
- troubleshooting/problem solving skills;
- and the ability to multitask and prioritize
Technical aptitude and/or familiarity with the security and fire industry are assets. Full training will be provided.
