Receptionist/ Clinic Assistant

Job Responsibility:
Duties: Reception of patients, administrative duties, marketing activities, patient scheduling, billing, liaising with third party insurers, basic assistance with patient care, basic housekeeping dutiesQualifications: Previous similar experience preferred: Must speak either Cantonese or Mandarin, in addition to good English skills: education or experience in marketing highly preferred: Experience with using Janeapp a strong asset: MOA certification an assetQualities needed: Strong interpersonal skills: Strong computer skills: Strong problem solving skills: Strong self-directed learning skills: Good at multi-tasking: Good work ethics: Mature and caring personality: Good team player committed to growth of the organization
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 - 16 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
