Store Operations Vice President at RONA

Take the lead in transforming store operations as the Divisional Vice President at RONA. This senior role drives operational excellence and enhances customer experiences across the store network. With strong oversight, you will define and implement operational frameworks that empower stores to succeed daily and long-term. You will collaborate with Field Leadership to align strategies with real-world execution while prioritizing safety and efficiency. Being bilingual in French and English will enhance your ability to succeed in this role. Key Responsibilities:
- Define operational standards and execution models for stores
- Lead centralized teams for successful store execution
- Oversee workforce scheduling and labor forecasting
- Ensure safety and asset protection across all stores
- Act as a trusted partner to cross-functional teams
- Proven senior leadership in large-scale retail settings

- Strong operational and financial management skills
- Excellent executive presence and influence
