Operational Learning Vice President with AI Focus

Lead a large team at Sun Life in driving AI-enabled operational learning and performance across Canada and Asia. This senior role blends strategic vision with hands-on execution for improved customer outcomes. As the Assistant Vice President, Operational Learning & Performance, you will oversee approximately 80 employees within a dynamic, hybrid work environment. Focus on defining the operational model and fostering a culture of insight-driven decision-making. Your partnership with senior operations leaders will enable measurable performance improvements across global delivery channels. Key Responsibilities:

• Define vision and operating model for learning and quality
• Act as strategic partner to diagnose performance gaps
• Design end-to-end learning ecosystem for continuous upskilling
• Operate risk-based quality and performance insight models
• Own knowledge management strategy for enterprise integration

Requirements:

• 10+ years in senior leadership in operations or BPO
• Proven success in transforming performance functions
• Experience leading global and distributed teams
• Partnership experience with senior leaders in operations
• Bilingualism (French, English) for Quebec interactions
