Lead Operations Program Director Position

Become a key leader at Pratt & Whitney Canada as the Operations Program Director, guiding the team in the industrialization of aircraft engines. - Direct communication with P&Wc senior leadership
- Administer industrialization schedules and project finances
- Drive strategic sourcing for hardware development
- Ensure proper configuration in production materials
- Analyze and report on program resources and needs
- Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering or business field
- 8 to 12 years of engineering or manufacturing experience
- Training in project management or PMP certification preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project software
- Strong ability to lead and manage multi-disciplinary teams
