Some of the tasks and requirements for this person would be:
- Answering phones
- Planning special projects
- Greeting visitors
- Someone who will be aware and assign the necessary uniforms for the pilots, technicians and workers
- Handling safety issues
- Ordering the necessary supplies and equipment for the office
- Understanding how the shipments and procedures for orders are in place
- Booking the necessary travels for the company Qualifications
Reception experience 2-3 years
English-speaking internal and external [clients/partners/employees] located outside Quebec on a [daily/regular] basis
Bilingual (French and English) written and oral
They need Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Good customer service and someone who is customer oriented
Capable of working in a stressful environment at times
