As an  Inside Sales Representative , you will play a key role in Univar Solutions’ growth. You will be at the center of customer relationships, business development, and the delivery of tailored solutions that create long-term value. What You'll Do:

• Manage and Grow Your Territory

Develop and expand an existing portfolio of customers while delivering exceptional customer service.

• Develop New Business Opportunities

Actively prospect, make cold calls, qualify opportunities, and convert leads into long-term business relationships.

• Collaborate to Innovate

Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Supply Chain) to identify new opportunities and deliver customized solutions.

• Support Strategic Initiatives

Participate in new product launches, commercial campaigns, and strategic growth initiatives.

• Leverage Sales Tools Effectively

Document activities and opportunities in Salesforce and maintain accurate account tracking and forecasting.

What We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate will stand out through:

• A strong team-oriented mindset, positive attitude, and genuine desire to learn and succeed
• A college diploma or university degree
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience, ideally in B2B sales or technical sales (an asset)
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and customer relationship skills
• Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Salesforce is an asset
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, self-motivation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Pay and Benefits:

• The annual expected salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
