Our award-winning summer camp focuses on helping children build independence, confidence, and lifelong memories. Position: Camp Leader As a Camp Leader, you'll play an essential role in bringing our camp days to life! Reporting to the Camp Director, you'll be responsible for leading games and activities, keeping campers safe and engaged, and helping create an unforgettable camp experience. You'll also be part of a supportive team that values mentorship, collaboration, and growth.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Supervising campers during all activities, including pool time (you'll be in the water with them!).
- Leading games, sports, crafts, and themed activities throughout the day.
- Ensuring camper safety, happiness, and well-being at all times.
- Helping with daily setup and takedowntents, equipment, and supplies.
- Getting to know your campers and being aware of any medical needs or allergies.
- Attending mandatory staff training and ongoing weekly team check-ins.
- Taking part in mentoring and performance feedback to help you grow as a leader.
What We're Looking For:
- A positive, sunny attitude and team spirit!
- Previous experience with children and/or in a camp setting is a big plus.
- High energy, flexibility, and a love for the outdoors.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Comfortable swimming and supervising kids in the pool.
- Valid CPR & First Aid certification.
- Criminal Record Check (if 18 or older).
- Full summer availability is a must.
