tResponsibilities
- :Own and manage IAM/CIAM product roadmap and backlog
- .Drive delivery of customer-facing authentication, registration, MFA, and SSO solutions
- .Gather business requirements and convert them into epics, features, and user stories
- .Work closely with architects, developers, and security teams to build secure and scalable IAM solutions
- .Define product KPIs and use data-driven insights for prioritization and continuous improvement
- .Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements
- .Improve customer login experience, self-service recovery, and user adoption
- .Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and enhance user experience
- .Communicate product vision, progress, and business value to executive stakeholders
.Qualifications
- :Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- .5+ years of Product Ownership experience delivering digital products
- .2+ years of hands-on IAM/CIAM experience in enterprise environments
- .Agile/Scrum experience; CSPO or SAFe certification preferred
- .Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
.Nice to Have
- :MBA or advanced degree
- .CSPO, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager certification
- .Experience with customer-facing digital identity platforms and authentication technologies
