Rejoignez Canam comme coordonnateur.trice senior en santé et sécurité. Ce rôle clé nécessite une expertise en prévention des risques et la capacité d'implanter des stratégies efficaces dans divers environnements industriels. Ce poste exige un minimum de 8 à 15 ans d'expérience en santé et sécurité. Vous serez responsable de développer des initiatives stratégiques, construire une culture axée sur la prévention, et assurer la conformité réglementaire avec la CNESST et le SIMDUT. Vous interagirez avec plusieurs usines pour soutenir l'amélioration continue des processus. Key Responsibilities:
- Développer des stratégies de prévention adaptées aux usines
- Veiller à la conformité réglementaire en SST
- Effectuer des audits pour recommander des mesures correctives
- Soutenir les gestionnaires dans la gestion des incidents
- Déployer des programmes de formation et sensibilisation
- Baccalauréat en santé et sécurité au travail
- 8 à 15 ans d'expérience en santé et sécurité
- Excellente maîtrise des lois en SST
- Bilinguisme anglais et français
