Senior Consultant in Information Security

Manulife seeks a Senior Information Security Consultant to specialize in Risk Governance and Control. Lead comprehensive RCSA efforts and ensure operational resilience across the organization. In this role, you will report to the Director, IRM, and focus on testing controls and conducting audits. Your strategic insights will help shape cross-department collaborations, enhancing compliance and monitoring initiatives. Emphasizing continuous improvement, you will drive operational efficiency and solid governance. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct internal and operational risk assessments
- Develop new control measures and test effectiveness
- Analyze risk scenarios and recommend enhancements
- Consult on complex operational issues
- Maintain documentation to support governance
- 3–5 years in Operational or Cyber Risk
- Strong analytical skills with data analytics experience
- Experience with regulatory frameworks like ISO
- Familiarity with modern GRC platforms
- Exposure to automation and monitoring technologies
