Senior Manager Financial Planning at UTM

Drive financial strategy as the Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analytics at UTM. Leverage expertise in data analysis and financial modeling to enhance decision-making across the organization. In this senior role, you will report directly to the Director of Planning & Analysis. You will manage data activities and analytics that align with UTM's operational goals, drawing on at least seven years of financial analysis experience. Your leadership will ensure high-quality insights for stakeholders, fostering collaboration across teams for effective strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate comprehensive financial analyses and detailed reporting
- Manage team activities to ensure projects are completed on time
- Facilitate data access and maintain integrity across departments
- Lead financial modeling for budgeting and strategic initiatives
- Conduct assessments and provide actionable business recommendations
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field; Master’s preferred
- Expertise in budgeting and accounting practices
- Experience in administrative university settings
- Proficiency in big data analysis tools
- Proven problem-solving skills and stakeholder engagement experience
