Description du poste Chez Canam, la santé et la sécurité sont au cœur de nos priorités, c'est pourquoi nous recherchons un.e coordonnateur.trice en santé et sécurité d’expérience, doté.e d’une vision stratégique et une solide expertise en prévention des risques. Vous aurez pour mandat de développer et structurer les initiatives en santé et sécurité en collaborant avec nos différentes usines, en assurant l’alignement avec les meilleures pratiques et les exigences réglementaires.
Vous serez un.e personne clé dans le renforcement d’une culture organisationnelle axée sur la prévention, en accompagnant les équipes locales dans l’amélioration continue des processus et en offrant un soutien technique de haut niveau. Vous serez notamment appelé.e à :
Responsabilités Développer et implanter des stratégies de prévention adaptées aux réalités des différentes usines.
Veiller à la conformité réglementaire et assurer la mise en œuvre des politiques SST en cohérence avec les exigences de la CNESST, du SIMDUT et les normes de l’industrie.
Effectuer des audits et diagnostics SST pour évaluer les risques, recommander des mesures correctives et assurer un suivi rigoureux.
Soutenir et conseiller les gestionnaires d’usines dans la gestion des incidents, l’analyse des causes fondamentales et l’application de solutions durables.
Élaborer et mettre en place des indicateurs de performance pour mesurer l’efficacité des actions et favoriser l’amélioration continue.
Déployer des programmes de formation et de sensibilisation afin de renforcer les compétences des équipes et leur engagement envers la santé et la sécurité.
Assurer une présence terrain ciblée, en favorisant les interactions avec les travailleurs et en accompagnant les gestionnaires dans l’application des meilleures pratiques.
Agir comme référent technique et stratégique en santé et sécurité auprès de la direction et des différents sites de production.

Qualifications Baccalauréat en santé et sécurité au travail, génie, environnement ou toute autre discipline connexe.
Minimum de 8 à 15 ans d’expérience en santé et sécurité dans un environnement industriel.
Excellente maîtrise des lois, normes et règlements en SST.
Bilinguisme anglais et français.
