About the Toronto Cyber Security Division The Toronto Cyber Security division is seeking a Manager to join its team on a permanent full‑time basis. In this role, you will guide the Director of Cyber Advisory and the CISO in establishing a city‑wide cyber program, enhancing risk management practices, and socializing compliance principles throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities Provide strategic guidance to the CISO on cyber solutions
Manage development and integration of governance programs
Facilitate compliance awareness across the organization
Lead initiatives to promote effective risk management
Collaborate with organizational segments on cyber projects
Requirements Extensive experience with cyber governance and risk management
Leadership skills in strategic cyber program implementation
Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
Solid understanding of compliance frameworks
Commitment to securing municipal cyber initiatives
