This pivotal role reports to the Head of Technology & Data and is entrusted with establishing CPP Investments’ technology architecture and governance standards. You will be instrumental in integrating complex systems, mitigating technical debt, and driving innovation across the enterprise to ensure adaptive and sustainable technology solutions. Key Responsibilities

Set and govern enterprise technology architecture aligned with business objectives Lead decision-oriented architecture governance for agile development Diagnose complex problems and guide strategic technology decisions Own the approach to technology lifecycle management and risk Define strategies to reduce technical debt and improve platform stability Requirements

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 15+ years in technology architecture or engineering roles Proven leadership in financial services or complex enterprises Deep knowledge of enterprise architecture and integration patterns Experience in governing software development and engineering standards Utilize your expertise to influence technological evolution and build a sustainable architecture at CPP Investments.
