Demonstrated experience managing the end‑to‑end financial close cycle, including revenue, expenses, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliationsProven track record of successfully leading, coaching, and developing teams of accounting professionalsMinimum of 10 years of post‑qualification experience in financial and operational accounting within a complex, multi‑entity global businessProfessional accounting qualification (such as CPA, ACA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent)In‑depth technical grounding in US GAAP principles and corporate financial reporting standardsStrong proficiency in driving continuous process improvement, automation, or financial system transformationsExperience managing accounting operations and collaboration across multiple international entities and time zonesExceptional communication and analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to translate financial figures into clear commercial insights for senior stakeholders
