In this role at Powerex, you will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR activities, from recruitment to employee engagement. You will partner with leaders to develop innovative programs, optimize HR systems, and ensure effective internal communications that align with business goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance on all HR matters
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes
- Partner with leadership on employee development and performance
- Innovate and improve HR programs and initiatives
- Maintain HR records and enhance workflow systems
- Degree or college diploma in HR-related field
- 5+ years of related HR experience required
- Strong knowledge of performance and change management
- Well-organized with a detail-oriented approach
- Skilled in data-driven HR practices and HR systems
