Position Overview
As the Director of Product Design and Marketing, you will lead the design team and be responsible for the overall design and user experience of our products. Your vision will drive the future of esports gaming, making it more intuitive, engaging, and effective for our users worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Lead in creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, user feedback, and usability findings.
Drive the end-to-end design process, including research, prototyping, usability testing, and final implementation.
Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to innovate and refine product features.
Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards across the company.
Stay abreast of industry trends and introduce contemporary design innovations into product development.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field.
At least 8 years of experience in product design, with a proven track record in leading design at fast growth startups.
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UX/UI design and project management.
Exceptional leadership skills and experience in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Suite, Figma, and other prototyping tools.
Passionate about gaming and esports, with a deep understanding of user behaviors in digital platforms.
