The Role

We’re seeking a Visual Design & Motion Lead to lead world-class design and craft for our global clients. This is a unique leadership opportunity for a design visionary who’s equally fluent in static and motion design—someone who thrives at the intersection of brand identity, storytelling, and dynamic digital experiences.

As a creative leader, you’ll set the vision for both visual and motion design excellence—elevating work across campaigns, brand systems, content, activations, and digital experiences. You’ll inspire teams to produce strategically grounded, emotionally resonant, and visually unforgettable work.

Key Responsibilities Creative Leadership & Craft

• Lead the development of brand systems, campaign aesthetics, visual identities, and motion-first storytelling from concept to execution


• Champion excellence in both static and motion design across brand touchpoints—print, digital, DOOH, social, activations


• Bring static creative to life through motion: brand films, UI motion, interactive storytelling, and content


• Push creative innovation using emerging tech like AI (e.g. Midjourney), motion tools, and 3D software


• Stay ahead of design, motion, and culture trends—driving the team toward what’s next

Motion & Hybrid Execution

• Oversee hybrid output: typography, layout, kinetic type, animation, and short-form motion content


• Direct and guide brand videos, UI transitions, and social animations


• Ensure motion work aligns with and enhances static brand systems


• Work with tools including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D (or Blender), and Figma motion plugins

Team & Project Leadership

• Mentor a multidisciplinary team of visual and motion designers—fostering growth, curiosity, and craft excellence


• Lead projects from briefing through final delivery—ensuring innovation, quality, and efficiency


• Collaborate cross-functionally with creative directors, strategists, producers, and developers to deliver cohesive brand experiences

Strategic & Client Engagement

• Translate client briefs and brand strategy into impactful, integrated design and motion solutions


• Present creative work confidently—articulating rationale with clarity and passion


• Identify new channels, formats, and platforms to unlock unexpected expressions of brand storytelling

What We’re Looking For

• Proven leadership in both visual and motion design, ideally within an agency setting


• Deep expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Figma, and 3D/motion tools (Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar)


• Strong portfolio of brand identities, design systems, motion content, and digital experiences


• Sharp eye for detail, movement, storytelling, and emotional resonance through design and sound


• In-depth understanding of digital platforms, social formats, and production workflows


• Calm, collaborative, and organized team leader who thrives in fast-paced, creative environments


• Curiosity, ambition, and a future-facing mindset

Our team works collaboratively in office 4 days/week, work from anywhere wednesdays, and some travel within the US and Canada.
