We are seeking a full -time Sales Representative <\/b> to join our high -performing team, representing an established builder with active communities in  the Niagara Region <\/b> .

This on -site <\/b> role involves managing the full sales cycle—from greeting prospective buyers to guiding them through the pre -construction purchase process. You’ll work in a fast -paced, collaborative environment, with in -house marketing support and experienced leadership behind you.

What You’ll Do <\/span><\/b><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

• Represent TFN Realty and our builder client at new home communities
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Assist purchasers in selecting and securing new homes
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Guide buyers through every step of the sales process, from first contact to firm deal
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Stay informed on builder offerings, pricing, and procedures
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Attend on -site appointments, events, and presentations as needed <\/span><\/span>

  Requirements <\/h3>

  • Active Ontario Real Estate Sales Representative License (required)<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Pre -construction or new home sales experience (preferred)<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Strong communication, follow -up, and client service skills <\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Organized, driven, and able to work independently <\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends when needed
