- Engage in business development to secure new mandates
- Implement turnaround strategies and recovery plans
- Produce accurate financial and cash-flow forecasts
- Lead the execution of distressed mergers and refinancing
- Manage stakeholder relationships throughout the process
- Professional accounting designation or similar qualification
- Extensive experience in restructuring and advisory services
- Knowledge of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally
