TSG Staffing Services is currently recruiting for a FINANCE ADMINISTRATOR for a Fort McMurray area-based opportunity to work in an office environment.
Job Description:
Enter invoicing into QuickBooks
Working with Accounts Payable and Receivable
Complete unpaid bill reports and monthly financials
Sending out emails and Docusign
Job Requirements:
2+ years of Condo Accounting/Finance experience
Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance or Accounting
Experience using Docusign, QuickBooks and Microsoft programs such as Excel
Strong interpersonal skills and experience dealing with both internal and external clients at varying organizational levels
Strong verbal communication skills and ability to explain financial data
