Business Developer Manager

Job Responsibility:
We are seeking a dynamic Business Developer to join software development company. Developers Hub offers Custom Web Development, Hybrid Apps, E-Commerce, SAAS based development, AI chatbots, Custom Solutions and Digital Marketing The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients.
## Duties
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly targets.
- Exhibit advanced verbal and written communication skills with the confidence and polish to effectively engage with CEOs, prospects, and lawyers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate successful M&A transactions.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential M&A opportunities.
- Lead negotiations and due diligence processes to ensure favorable outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate acquired entities smoothly.
- Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations to senior management.
## Skills- Proven experience in business development, technical sales, or related field- Strong background of IT is a plus.- Strong sales and negotiation skills- Excellent customer service abilities- Ability to analyze data and market trends
