An overview of this role As a Technical Program Manager on GitLab's all-remote R&D PMO team, you will own complex, end-to-end programs that are central to our AI-powered DevSecOps strategy. You will drive high-priority initiatives across product, engineering, data, and security teams, transforming strategic vision into executable plans that deliver innovative capabilities like the GitLab Duo Agent Platform and next-generation developer tools. You will work closely with executive leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, serving as the bridge between strategy and execution through clear communication, proactive risk management, and structured program delivery. In your first year, you will independently lead strategic programs, driving predictable execution, thoughtful tradeoffs between quality and speed, and transparent stakeholder alignment.
