Shape the future of men's outdoor apparel as Director of Design at Arc’teryx. Lead the creation of groundbreaking products focused on climbing and snow sports, enhancing consumer experiences. This role, located in North Vancouver, is ideal for a visionary leader with a robust portfolio. You will provide design direction to create products that resonate with outdoor enthusiasts. Collaborating closely with design teams and other departments, you will ensure your vision aligns with company objectives and athlete needs, driving innovative designs that foster peak performance. Key Responsibilities: • Establish design direction based on brand and consumer insights • Guide teams in executing cohesive seasonal design plans • Encourage innovative solutions reflecting design values • Collaborate across categories for strategic alignment • Lead presentations on product development Requirements: • Degree in Industrial Design or Textile Engineering • 12+ years experience in technical apparel design • Expertise in construction and materials of outdoor apparel • Passionate about climbing and snow sports culture • Include portfolio when applying Enhance men’s performance apparel through strategic design leadership and innovative solutions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
